These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and MB8 ("MB8", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). MB8 operates an online sports betting and casino gaming platform accessible at mb8.cam and any associated mobile or web-based applications.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. MB8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the MB8 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. MB8 relies on the accuracy of this information for KYC, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. MB8 will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify MB8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Upon registration, your Account wallet is denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are transacted in MYR unless otherwise explicitly stated on the Platform. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of receipt.
MB8 is required to carry out identity verification on all accounts prior to the processing of withdrawals and as a condition of continued use of the Platform. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC"), requires you to provide:
MB8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where it deems this necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days may result in account restriction or closure, and any pending withdrawals may be suspended pending resolution.
MB8 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) are also accepted and converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmed receipt.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms. MB8 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and online banking (DuitNow, FPX) are typically credited to your Account within minutes. MB8 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Deposits made from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party payment source will result in the deposit being returned and may trigger an account review. This restriction applies to all payment methods including bank transfers, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever operationally possible. MB8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, although VIP tier withdrawal caps and processing times may vary as detailed in the VIP Programme terms.

MB8 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as any specific terms stated on the applicable promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed clearly on each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires the player to place total bets equal to ten times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made from the associated winnings.
All bonuses have an expiry period, which begins from the date and time the bonus is credited to the Account. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry. Players are responsible for tracking the expiry date of any active bonus.
MB8 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage exploitation, systematic low-risk wagering to satisfy wagering requirements, account collusion, and multi-accounting for promotional gain. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds cancelled and may be subject to permanent suspension.
The MB8 Welcome Bonus is available to newly registered players on their first qualifying deposit. Each player is entitled to claim the Welcome Bonus once only. Deposits made using cryptocurrency may be eligible for a separate Crypto Deposit Bonus as stated on the Promotions page. Welcome Bonus offers may not be combined with other deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated.
All sports bets and casino wagers placed on the MB8 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category, game type, and event as detailed within the Platform. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming activities:

All content on the MB8 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, user interface designs, written content, odds data, and branding — is the intellectual property of MB8 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of MB8.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MB8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
MB8's aggregate liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
MB8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein.
MB8 does not sell personal data to third parties. All payment-related data — including details of your Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or DuitNow accounts — is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard security protocols.

MB8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, MB8 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily — including as part of a self-exclusion request — may do so at any time by contacting MB8 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method.
MB8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, MB8 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent Platform notification or email to the registered address on your Account.
The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
